CHEVIN AUSTRALIAN STOCK HORSE STUD is situated at Rydal in the Blue Mountains at the very top of the Great Dividing Range, between Lithgow and Bathurst (2 ½ hrs. NW of Sydney)  on a fourth generation cattle grazing property called “Farnleigh”.

Nigel has been involved with horses all his life, with Farnleigh horses originating from polocrosse and sporting background and only breed from their best mares with athleticism and temperament. Carol has been involved with horses all her life, with Showing and Campdrafting. Nigel and Carol have three sons Jack, Tom, and Daniel. Jack has had 3 Royal Show boy rider classes and has won 3 ribbons for his effort. He is just starting to campdraft. Tom has had 1 Royal Show boy rider which he won at Brisbane 2007. Daniel is only 2 years old and would love to ride on his own.

Won the aggregate over the Cannings Downs and Warwick gold cup in 1995.
Won the  Frazers Livestock Stallion Campdraft at Warwick  twice in 2003 and 2004.
Won the  Cannings Downs Campdraft Warwick 2006.
Won the World Championship campdraft  at Sydney Royal Easter Show 2007

Won the T.B. McFarlane trophy for the hightest score 3 times in the World Championship campdraft at Sydney Royal
Won the cut-outs in the Warwick Gold cup and in the Frazer Livestock Stallion Campdrafts. 
Won the cut-out at the Australian Championship Ladies campdraft at Baradine 2006
Won the Champion of Champions cut out at Baradine 2006.

In the  Cannings Downs Campdraft Warwick 2000.
The  Warwick  Gold Cup 2004.
